Over 32 Killed After Passenger Bus Plunges Into Ravine in Pakistan
At least 32 people have died and another 16 injured in an accident involving a passenger bus which fell from a height of 70-80 feet into a valley on Friday in south-western Pakistan. The bus, which was overloaded with 48 passengers including women and children, was moving from Quetta to Peshawar when the driver lost control over the vehicle due to a malfunction in the steering mechanism in the Dana Sar mountain area. During rescue operation in the tough conditions, it came to light that the bus was carrying additional passengers from another stranded bus.
